You are basically shooting balls into an upright pinball machine, trying to make as many balls as possible into these little pockets. When that happens, you win more balls. One special pocket both awards balls and activates a 3-reel video slot. This slot is very different than anything in Las Vegas.

You win if all 3 reels match. This leads to a bonus mode, in which you are guaranteed to win lots of balls.

If you get two matching reels, the odd reel will respin in an attempt to match. Sometimes, a special animation will appear while this happens. The rarer the animation, the more likely it is you will match all 3 reels. The longer you play, the more likely it is you will get the animation and win.

Also, look out for little hints or strange things going on while the reels spin. The harder they are to find, the closer the pachinko game is to hitting.
